How long does processing take?
Turnaround depends on your plan — from a 1-day turnaround on Pro to 3 days on the Free pack. You can always see the live status on your order page.
Which file formats do you accept?
We support MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV and WEBM. Files up to 2 GB can be uploaded on paid plans; the Free pack is capped at 50 MB per video.
Is my footage safe?
Yes. All uploads go to private storage and downloads are served through short-lived signed links. We never publish public URLs to your raw or processed videos.
Do you offer refunds?
If an order cannot be processed for technical reasons on our end, contact support and we will review it. Subscription packs are prepaid and non-refundable once a video has been processed.
